Overview
Aluminum extrusion profiles are produced for architectural systems, industrial frames, transport components, heat-management parts, and custom assemblies. The RFQ should include alloy and temper, section drawing, dimensional and straightness tolerances, surface finish, cut length, fabrication, and visible-surface requirements. A sample or first-article approval is recommended for custom dies and cosmetic finishes. For a controlled quotation, state the alloy and temper, governing ASTM, EN, or GB standard, product form, thickness or section dimensions, tolerances, surface condition, processing, quantity, packing, and destination port.
